Madam,
We have the honour to state that we would like to have a debating club in our college. Many of the students of our college are good debaters and they have won prizes in many debate competitions. If they are guided properly, they will surely do better and go for competition at the national level. In fact all the students are interested in debate because debate competition widens our outlook and makes us think all around us.
We, therefore, hope that you will consider our need and take necessary steps to set up a debating club as early as possible.
