Subject: An application for repairing a damaged road.
Sir,
I, on behalf of the inhabitants of your Union Parishad, have the honour to draw your kind attention about the road which is named as RS Road. The recent flood has totally damaged this road. Vehicles cannot move through this road smoothly. Rocks and broken bricks are scattered here and there. You are well aware that this road is one of the most important roads in the village. Instead of a rickshaw or a car people try to cross this road on foot. We, the college goers are the worst sufferers. We have no other alternative route to our college. Most often we are late to the classes. Even we cannot reach our college in time during the exams. People in general also suffer a lot.
In the above circumstances. I would request in favour of your kindness to take necessary steps to repair this road as early as possible.
