I, on behalf of all the students of your college, beg most respectfully to state that we are in great need of an English Speaking Club. An English Speaking Club can help us to be fluent in speaking English. It will also develop the rationality in our attitude as well as in our behaviour. As a result. We firmly believe that the speaking skills in English will be surely improved.
