Sir,
We, the students of class XII (Science) of your college, beg to inform you that a Relief Fund Raising Programme for the flood-hit people has been launched recently. We are interested to participate in the programme with a view to helping the distressed people. Participating in this programme will not only help raise much-needed resources but also foster a sense of solidarity and compassion among students and faculty. We believe that our collective efforts can make a significant difference in the lives of those who are suffering.
