Sir,
We, the students of your college, have the honour to state that the recent devastating flood has caused a great havoc this year all around the locality. The sufferings of the people beggar description. They are now suffering from want of shelter, food and medicine. So, we can render voluntary service for the flood affected people and arrange at least a relief camp for them in our college premise so that we can send relief goods to the flood-affected people of the locality.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you will kindly give us permission to render voluntary service for the flood affected people and oblige thereby.
