Subject: An application for increasing the facilities in the college laboratory.
Sir,
With due respect we, the students of class XI of science group, would like to inform you that the space in our laboratory is quite insufficient for us. Moreover, we cannot carry out our experiments for want of chemicals, instruments and even books. There are only two microscopes for fifty students in our lab. All other instruments like scales, jars, test-tubes are quite short in number. Besides, we have no computer in the lab. Due to all these inconveniences, our study is terribly hampered. In these circumstances, we expect an immediate step from you so as to enrich our laboratory with all the necessary equipment’s and chemicals to facilitate our practical classes in a more congenial environment.
We, therefore, hope that you would be kind enough to take all the necessary steps to solve our problems and equip the laboratory with more facilities and oblige us thereby.
