Subject: An application for the construction of a bridge.
Sir,
I, on behalf of the people of Hashara Union Parishad, would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that there runs a canal through our village. It is near our college and market. Many people including students have to cross this canal everyday. During dry season boats cannot ply for the shortage of water. Then we have to cross the canal on foot. But it is impossible for the children and the girl students to cross the canal on foot. So, girl students can not attend college for several months. Only a bridge over the canal can removed all these problems.
In the circumstances stated above. I, therefore, request that you would take necessary steps to construct a bridge over the canal and oblige thereby.
