Subject: Prayer for the permission of organizing a Cultural Night.
Sir,
With due respect and humble submission, we, the students of 2nd year of your college, beg to state that we wish to celebrate the birthday ceremony of the greatest poet and dramatist of Bengali literature, Kazi Nazrul Islam. For this, we want to arrange a cultural night in the premises of our college. Some students of our college are already selected for dancing and singing. Besides this arrangement, it has also been made for recitation of poetry. A fund has also been arranged to hold the cultural night properly. But all these are subject to your permission.
So, we pray and hope that you would be kind enough to give us the permission to organize the cultural night and oblige thereby.
