Subject: An application for not to allow cell phone in the classroom or examination hall.
Sir.
With due respect, we like to inform you that most of the students even the teachers bring phones in the classroom or examination hall which creates disturbance in our studies and attention. Sometimes we can’t put concentration to our lesson which hampers our studies. It creates noise in the classroom. Students carrying phones sometimes get opportunity to do unfair means in the examination hall. We request you not to allow any student or teacher to use cell phone in the classroom or in the examination hall.
We hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps in this regard.
