Subject: An application for increasing common-room facilities.
Sir,
We have the honour to state that ours is one of the best colleges in the district. About 1800 students study in this college. We are lucky that we have a common-room where we pass our leisure period. But the facilities of the room are not enough to meet up the demand of the students. We need some other facilities such as reading newspapers and journals, playing carom and table tennis etc.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would take necessary steps to increase our common-room facilities as soon as possible.
